cancellation policy

All appointments will be booked with a credit card. You will not be charged prior to your appointment. However, if you need to cancel your appointment, Caitlin kindly asks you to be mindful of her time and cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Should you no show or fail to give 24 hours notice, half of the cost of your service will be charged to the provided credit card.  

If you are running late for your appointment please contact the salon directly.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment Caitlin will do her best to accommodate you, but may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment.
